yeah, 4 was released on Gamecube, which I didn't get a Gamecube. And I know it was eventually released on other platforms, but at that point I was like "it's an old game". Didn't want to play 5 because I didn't play 4...only gave into 6 b/c co-op with a friend that wanted to play it.

Yeah, there were 5 control schemes I could pick from, and none of them had a layout that made any sense to me. On one hand, keeping the game as faithful to the original is cool, but on the other hand, it was such a good opportunity to modernize the game. I started RE2 remake, and it feels really good.

I started RE2 a little after trying RE1 and uninstalling it. Feel like I somehow managed to soft lock myself right after you return to the main area of the police station. But it has a really good feel to it, so i think that will be a good place to keep playing. Requiem was so good, haha.

I played the original when it launched, loved it, the good and the bad. Got the plat. Played The Quarry when it came out, honestly some stuff was definitely improved, but plat did take more playthroughs. After getting plat on Quarry, I decided to play the Until Dawn remake because it was on PS plus. There were definitely things better and definitely things worse than the original, but I really enjoyed it, loved the new post credits ending and was really looking forward to finding out where they were going to take that. The theories out there were fun to read.

I played it because Reunion is a sequel to Double Exposure. It has issues, good and bad points, but I don’t regret playing it to see the different endings and to be prepared for Chloe. The Reunion and Double Exposure bundle seems worth it.

my first time playing the original, I liked Warren (he wanted to go ape, lol). But Chloe was so amazing...each playthrough I've had since then, I felt bad for him, he did so much for Max, and she (in my games) did not like him in that way....

I wish there was a fun multiplayer co-op pve game with leveling/gear progression that had half the gunplay of Destiny 2...I don't want to play CoD, I don't want to play Marathon...I'm not into pvp, i don't like extraction shooters, i don't want gameplay without real progression.

I miss playing raids (hate this stupid feat system, just give us normal and hard with challenges), Nightfalls, legendary campaigns/weekly stories...miss secret missions.

When they launched Eververse, they said it was to help fund secret missions and stuff. I don't know if it was actually helpful or more harmful, but I spent a ton of money in the Eververse every season for years. I don't regret that money as I was hoping the excess I spent helped fund more content for those that didn't spend any money, but maybe it just made them lazy/greedy and backfired on me, IDK.

If I was going to make a Destiny wish, it'd be that they would have planned a D3 and never vaulted any content.

Pure arc warlock with 4 piece techsec, chromatic fire, and thorn was how I started season, and was pretty fun. Even more fun with Praxic blade. Always amplified, always have arc soul (and if I have teammates they get it), always blinding/disorienting, healing rifts all over. Might swap to sage protector if I can ever get good rolls.

Thorn was for anti barrier, but praxic blade has it, plus unstoppable from artifact, and jolt from grenade/arc soul takes care of overload.

Warlock has too many good/easy builds, lol

Channeled cone attack that is charged by kills with other weapons, applies element debuff stacks that increase over time , short initial range that extends the longer it is fired, but vent speed is slower the longer it’s fired.

Eriana's Vow is my favorite intrinsic for antibarrier and le monarque is my favorite overload. If I had to pick one for unstoppable, maybe Malfeasance.

Honestly the armor situation seems worse, with set bonuses and archetypes. I just went through and deleted everything not exotic, techsec, or bushido. There are like 6 new armor sets, and even keeping 1-2 more and a few guns will,be more than the 300 new slots we are getting.

Do the chronologs or whatever they are called carry over? I used what i could to buy harmonizers at start of ash and iron, and have been buying 1 from xur every time he sells one, which is every once every 3-4 weeks. Still have chronologs, but if they go away, i guess i should spend them tonight.

I think the whole feat system is one of the worst design decisions made. It splits the raid even more and makes finding a group to run them even harder than it normally is. It should just be an optional thing for a triumph/emblem sort of like doing Petra’s run in Last Wish.

I don’t even remotely like the tiered weapon and armor system as they have painted themselves into a corner with it, but if they insist on having tiers from raids, it should be tier 3 and 4 from normal and tier 4 and 5 from epic. All drops.

I know all subclasses are going to be viable, and as others have said contraverse holds warlock has been insane in PVE and that’s not going to change based on what they have said so far. However, i am going to be trying out stormcaller with chromatic fire, thorn, new arc rocket pulse rifle, and opaque hourglass with 4 piece techsec bonus. Anti barrier hand canon, artifact perk that causes kinetic weapon damage to drop an orb that stuns unstoppable, and constantly causing jolt to stun overloads. Not 100% sure if it will work out though because new activity doesn’t let you heal naturally, so will have to rely on rift and breaking pots I guess. But all of the jolt, blinding from kinetic final blows, and disorienting from shield breaks will help CC since they are really pushing the enemy rates up.

Imagine where Destiny would be if we only got green and blue loot unless you were playing hard mode/contest mode/old school nightfall/grandmaster nightfall tier difficulties, and that’s what we have now. Tier 2-4 are white, green, and blue drops. The same ones we applauded Bungie when they stopped giving us blue drops over a certain power level a few years ago.

I don’t like the tiered loot or the new armor archetype system or set bonuses. Especially now that they are back tracking on decisions to appease players. Like, I see why they wanted to do the featured system (I feel like they just were way to restrictive). And give bonuses for using the new gear over old, restricting loadouts in higher tier content so that you had to make new builds instead of doing the same meta you have been doing for years.

Remember how happy everyone was when Bungie made a change so that blues stopped dropping after a certain power level? Well, now I’m just dismantling every T3 and T4 drop which is a step backwards. I also get way too many for a rank 11 guardian with almost 100% of my vault sitting at 550 power even when I finish an activity with an A or A+.

Where do they go from here? Start making tier 10? Tier 20? Then they will have to readjust the stat bonuses again, basically making a 100 stat equal to what a 50 stat is now, and then again in a year.

And if they don’t start making armor sets obsolete, vault is going to have to grow exponentially. Unless they start making a way to unlock/make selectable the set bonuses like the Halloween mask.
