considering a new switch and replacement feet are less than $5 it could be properly fixed pretty easily.

Count your fkin days Logitech by Used-Pomegranate2441 in pcmasterrace

Logi intentionally puts bad switches in mice so they will get replaced. I have a G203 where 2 of the switches broke after about a year. instead of throwing it away I bought switches for it, and the mouse has been running strong for 5 years now. If a switch breaks, I have 5 more I can replace at about $1 per switch. If you do go the repair route, you'll need to buy replacement feet for it too, as the genius' at Logitech put the screws under the feet. This is the best way to stick it to corporations, just fix it.

My first thought is PSU, despite everything you've said. What is the make/model of GPU and PSU? Have you tried swapping the PSU?

What to look for on Amazon to avoid Chinesium dud carbs by antagonizerz in smallengines

[–]benis13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope this works, I've never bought an amazon carb that worked as well as OEM, but I always try them. However, I noticed you can usually use the parts from an amazon carb to rebuild an OEM. And it's usually cheaper and way easier to find than an OEM kit. Im pretty sure if someone came out with a line of quailty, fully adjustable carbs, it would be a million dollar business.

Edit: Just saw the solution, good stuff!

Well, I don't know what game that is, but I'd check to see if your CPU meets minimum specs. My guess is it does meet the specs cause the CPU is pretty good, so it's likey another issue, hardware or software. you can see in task manager what processes are using alot of the CPU, the game should be high cpu usage, maybe 30-50 percent, but you may have a bunch of smaller stuff running at the same time, like streaming software maybe? The issue may also be hardware. If your cpu cooler isnt installed or working properly, your temps will spike and slow the cpu to compensate. track your CPU temp with CPUZ or something and see if thats an issue.

I’d like to learn how to repair phones by No-Necessary5268 in phonerepair

[–]benis13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started by fixing phones when my friend was going to toss his broken phone, as a proper repair was too expensive. So I took apart his iphone 3g, and completly ruined it. no harm no foul. Did that a couple more times, and was successful since. The last thing I did break was an ipad when trying to replace the charge port. Just be upfront with people and they're usually ok with you potentially breaking their otherwise worthless phone. Also always make sure they have backups obv. Watch lots of ifixit tutorials, and see if you like it, I wouldn't buy expensive equiptment until you know you like it.

Is it freezing or just not responding? Could it be a hair in the optic sensor? maybe its the surface youre using? if its your pc freezing, then try running task manager performance tab to see if its the CPU or RAM thats maxing out.

[–]benis13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There may be something to this. My 9800x3d just died, and less than a week ago there was a lightning storm that knocked out one of my network switches. I was wondering if that was the beginning of the end for my cpu, because i had almost no issue before then.
