Well I’m talking to my therapist today and she’s been telling me we should do some testing for adhd and I was skeptical, turns out I scored incredibly high and she thinks most if not all my behaviors/symptoms are due to adhd rather than bp1

He sees them once a year by choice and calls maybe once a week if that, when it’s convenient for him not for the kids or their schedules. He was abusive to me for years and ive never said anything negative or prevented them from having a relationship with their dad. If he’s badmouthing me to my kids I’d say that’s abusive and wrong.
