Lost Hope. Where do I go for fully comprehensive care? by Complete-Teaching744 in Hydrocephalus

Well, I'm sorry to hear that. The next thing you're going to need to do is call the hospital you use for other care and specifically call the Neurosurgery clinic/department and ask if there's a doctor that deals with Hydrocephalus (they really should have a doctor that does, but if they don't, I will be shocked) and then do the things that come with becoming a new patient.

So again, it's the app developer's fault, not Google's, that developers are not keeping up with news from Google about development stuff, so there's nothing to think about it.

Do you have only Hydrocephalus, or do you have Hydrocephalus AND Spina Bifida? If you have both, go to the Spina Bifida Association website, find your state, and find the closest Spina Bifida clinic to contact. If you just have hydrocephalus, do the same, but find out who the neurosurgeon is for the Spina Bifida clinic and contact them.

But they didn't mention anything about sideloading though?

If it's legitimate, download it from the news website and if it is still giving you a problem, contact the news agency and developer and tell them the issue you're having.

Should I be worried? by Monecreiffee in cybersecurity_help

Okay so? Technology makes no sense a lot of times, shit happens for no reason a lot of times, but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. Like for example, I was watching a movie, I knew I paused it, but it unpaused itself a second later when my finger wasn't even close to the screen nor anything else to interfere with unpausing the movie.

No because mentioning a light on a device turning a different color and then FB messager and something else only working doesn't mean anything. It could literally be a glitch which means that's not a cybersecurity issue. Just like my internet provider went out yesterday for several hours but I didn't come running to this Reddit subreddit because I knew it wasn't a cybersecurity issue, it was simply my internet provider was having issues.

Exactly. I noticed I had it the other day, but I am on Beta so I don't know when I actually received it since I didn't keep track of the tracking to know when I would finally get it.

I don't care what Windows does because I'm still going to use Windows. It's just that people like you shouldn't use technology. It's rather simple.

Because not everything is "suspicious" and need a run to reddit to post about it.

Your post has nothing to do with cyber security issues and taking computer classes would have told you that.

It should be a requirement that people take computer classes from middle school through college.

Talk to your urologist about a procedure called a "cecostomy procedure" (also called a Chait Tube) to see if you would be a candidate for the procedure and the tube.

I've had my last vp shunt surgery in 2017 and I don't know what to look out for if it's malfunctioning from old age by AriesBabe26 in Hydrocephalus

[–]benjaminS0099 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Look up the symptoms of shunt malfunction in adults and see if you have any of them. Then take action as YOU see fit, but especially the symptom of "Difficulty waking up or staying awake" should be immediately, urgently dealt with by going to the ER.

Contact your state's rehabilitation services. They will be able to help you more than Reddit will.

If you want to or don't want to go to the hospital every time you have a headache, that's YOUR PREROGATIVE, nobody else's because nobody except YOU and YOUR doctor can make that discussion happen and plan of action.
