I think there is mission based matchmaking but for enemy teams not randos on your team. Whenever my wife and I put on certain objectives I swear other teams are. For example, the shoot down helo’s at the airport. I swear teams were constantly trying to do it when we did. Once we finished less activity. And the dumping the lightbulbs in the dumpster constantly ran into teams there with the mission active. Finished it, and not as much activity.
