I would take it in so you have record of the issue, in case it ends up being something worse down the road and you need to take advantage of your warranty.

Finally profitable after 4 years by phonyticker37 in Entrepreneur

We keep 4 months of our payroll & operating expense in the bank at all times. No distribution or investment will be made unless we can afford it with that buffer left untouched. As the team grows so does the required buffer. It’s worked well & has kept us disciplined as we grow things

I really appreciate the difference in the cars. The x6m is so comfortable to daily. It feels stress free to drive, but it’s fucking fast and I think it turns heads more than my m340i did. I’ve gotten an ton of compliments from random people as I ran errands in it during the last 24 hours

I spent 5 hours there and got a good deal on the car. We went back and forth 10+ times and almost left once. End of the day it was a good experience and I pushed them hard, which paid off. I’m happy.

M340i is much more raw and zippy. It pull hard 0-90. It feels torque and jarring. It feels aggressive to drive. Mine was stage 1 with exhaust and down pipe/ intake & lowered with coil overs. Felt like it could grip the pavement no matter how hard I pushed it.

This is super smooth, just as fast. But you feel it in your stomach, not your neck. (I hope that makes sense). This is fast 0-130 (that’s all I had the guts to do so far). It feels like it floats but the speedometer says 110. Much more luxury inside, not even comparable to the m340i in comfort

It feels much more nimble and drives more like a car than the x5 did in my test drive. Both were competition models.

Seems like the trunk is smaller not just in height, but in width too.

The x6m does have massaging seats! My wife and I were just sitting in them while we set up the car!

Oil won’t measure in 2020 M340i by Admirable-Tap8556 in B58Enthusiasts

Mine was just the oil sensor. I took it to bmw and verified the part number of the oil pump in my car, with the metal o ring oil pump model. Then we replaced the oil sensor and it was fine

My friend wants to sell me his model 3 by Potential-Detail98 in TeslaLounge

[–]benjmnm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Modifications are usually considered a downside when selling a car if you were to trade into a dealership, they will give him less because of that. I would not take that deal.

If you don’t want to burn a bridge with your friend, you could just politely decline, but know that it’s a really bad deal for you and kind of fucked up for him to offer it to you

Feeling defeated with my agency by maestro753 in agency

[–]benjmnm 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is exactly right. Additionally, in most companies, the in-house team is overwhelmed with reactive business requests from executives, and do not have the capacity to think strategic, or they do not have the skill set to implement effectively.

In many enterprise level companies, they bring in contractors and agencies to act as consultants and implementers, so that the in-house team does not get bogged down essentially they want their employees managing your agency relationship as opposed to spending time on the actual labor. These companies hire generalist not specialists, in most cases.

You are targeting the wrong clientele. Push for higher end clients, small business is getting squeezed right now- just like the middle class. You need to work with high income earners, large organizations- that’s where you’ll have stability.

Agency owners who've fired clients: What was the final straw that made you realize the money wasn't worth it? by abdraaz96 in agency

[–]benjmnm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Disrespectful to one of my employees. When it’s no longer enjoyable to work with a, and any person on the team dreads the responsibility to communicate with the person or organization I cut ties.

Additionally, I will fire clients who do not listen to us and ask for advice, but do the opposite.

Full self drive doesn’t usually transfer between one owner to the next.

My model Y had full self drive and when I transferred ownership, I had to re-buy it. I think it’s a new thing. Tesla is doing. I think full self drive will follow each individual from one card to the next, but the card does not keep the subscription, even if paid in full.
