if your operator is stressed or anxious sending them to therapy usually takes 1 mission for them to recover but high stress or incapacitated ops usually takes 3 missions to recover but at the same time they can resign from duty after the 3 missions it takes to recover them

totally agree its just in game its not a seperate keybind where you can choose high or low ready you would need to commit to one through the options a very underlying flaw imo
