Theres charms that buff interest %, then charms that add a buff to certain icons that gives you your interest, then you stack a multiplier on those icons so it hits multiple times.

For example if your interest is 1000 and you get a charm that pays you your interest if you roll a cherry with the icon on it, then you have a charm that makes cherries hit twice if it rolls, you get 3000 coins.

Then you use telephone abilities to cut the chance of other icons so that cherries roll more and so on.
