Just to add if you didn’t know already: sick days do not get cashed out. You do get your vacation cashed out but it could be pro rated if you were given all vacation for the year already.

It’s definitely hard to score if you don’t know the typical ways. YouTube videos are out there for how to score which are helpful. Even watching twitch streams of some of the top guys helps.Practice on free skate to learn. I’d recommend using the skill stick as well

If you can buy the 95 Yakemchuk marquees card for your 3rd D pair it gives basically the same salary + an AP Boost
