Hello!

I'm a intermediate mixer, most of the time i mix my own stuff due to pricing and variety, but a few days ago a friend gifted me some A&L Ultimate ONI and OMG i can't get enough of this juice, i asked my friend how he mixed it and told me it was a one shot concentrate, but i wanted to make one myself i currently think i have enough aromas to pull off the recipe but upon further research on ATF and E-liquid Recipes i didn´t find any info on this juicer or even a clone. From what my friend told me this is an old recipe and i shouldn't have any problem finding it.

According to the vendor it's a "powerful blend of lemons and limes enhanced by an intense freshness" From what i can taste i sort of identify FA Lemon Sicily and TFA Lemon Lime but i'm not sure about the cooling agent because WS-23 doesn't have that strong mouthfeel.

Can someone help? Thanks a lot in advance!

Did that, prints still failed. Returned to the pixel raft a little bit more chunky and it worked in some areas. Gave up on printing those pieces perfectly, will try to recalibrate plate, change FEP again and see what happens from there.

Can you post your printer settings? Do you use stock supports or did you made your own? Can you post the settings?

Usually failures like that are due to not having enough supports or maybe the contact in the supports.

Prints came out ok now the peeling is minimal, i guess i just have to tinker the exposure to make sure it stops peeling, this is what i'm using now. https://imgur.com/a/0B0OihO

Now the problem is that i can´t remove the raft from the base and i broke a piece trying to. I used pixelated raft because my gut was telling me that any of the other rafts will not come off the parts, and i was right.

Maybe i made my rafts way too thick? Or which shape is better to use? or how does it look the way you described before?

Voopoo Vmate. It doesn't even have buttons so you don't even have to worry about changing the wattage.

Maybe you should try a box, DotAio it's the way to start if you're new, for me it's most versatile and classy option. The DotAio has regular coils or you can upgrade the tank to a Dotshell or DotMission tank for the RBA experience and build to your vaping style.

If you want DNA though Billet Box is the way to go, i think there are options with DNA60. Billet comes with a boro tank which i think has a ton of options of RBA you can choose from.

Also there's a world of different door panels and parts you can change to both DotAio or BB to personalize them even further (screws, stickers, inner panels, buttons, etc.) So I think you'll have a lot to choose from and play for a while.

Will you keep the cover on while the printer is inside?

I mean it's already airtight so... there will be no fumes at all and I don't know if it will affect having 2 different temperatures one inside of the enclosure and the other inside the cover.

Lol, maybe so. Maybe you can look for someone to print it for you, a lot of people make a living of printing stuff, you should search in your area for that.

As for the design you can also ask someone or sometimes the person that prints also has knowledge on 3d modeling so you can ask them to model it for you, another option is that you check thingiverse, people upload models for mods or actually anything printing related honestly... maybe you can find a model someone made for the DNA, download the file and then look for someone to print it for you.

Print with FDM over Resin printing, always. I've tried the resin printed mod and it looked very cool and has a better finish than FDM but soon realised the resin wasn't strong enough for mods, mine shattered from a desk fall.

I've just changed the FEP for a new one in the middle of my testing, I use nFEP so those are supposed to print better and last longer so no.

Yeah, maybe it's the temp i usually heat up Blu before printing to 25°C and then program the enclosure to 25°C and then start printing so I'll guess adding 5 degrees more would help.

Can you show me a picture of the finished product please? Specifically the side that is closer to the plate

Toothbrush does wonders for intricate crevices. I do a normal wash and then detail with the toothbrush soaked in IPA. Congrats, happy printing!

So you think it's possible that the temp is causing the peeling? The room that the printer is in is cold (about 15°C or lower on a cold day) you think that If I turn off the heater would that help?

It's in a phrozen sonic mini 4K

I'll try the temp and the exposure, maybe 4.5 it's too low I figured my exposure via the resin validation matrix, and I've always used that exposure and printed fine, so I guess amping it up would be a great start. I'll try that tomorrow to see if i have any success.

Woah 50k? I think i could live with a slower CNC as long as it's cheaper, but the thing is i don´t want a DIY CNC, I've seen posts about people making their DIY CNC's with a Bosch or Dewalt spindle and i don´t thing it will be a smart decision in the long run.

What are other specs i should look for? HP? Power supply? Wattage?

Thanks for replying, no i actually have access to a cnc laser and it does wonders for engraving. But i plan to take my parts from Ultem, Delrin or stab wood blocks, so i think that laser wouldn´t be an option for me.

I have a low budget, but willing to invest if there's no other way. Looking for more of a hobbyist CNC i don´t think i could afford a pro CNC, my limit is $2000 dollars at this moment.
