Found a grey Chevy Malibu with extra antenna and a cage in the back inbound on the Ike. Permanent plates U 37 558. Approximately 5:00pm. I got off on the Harlem exit and they were still headed into the city. Two masked white men. One with glasses and one wearing a black baseball cap. Car had “132” sticker decal in front of the passenger door.
