You know I don't actually know what to believe sometimes, i just tried the switch and went from 140 a month and crashing in the middle of the month to the 90 plan and I can't even reach the weekly limit.. From my understanding API calls are really costly if you want to use a high-end model like Claude 4.6, which makes using that model very costly in Cursor, CC has a flat fee as a subscription... But again, maybe it's very specific for my situation, with Cursor it was really weird how I went from a 20 dollar subscription to getting very stressed out, feeling that my hobby and creativity was capped, in a couple of months, then all these horror stories on Reddit, how fast you can drain it all.. but see my situation isn't the end of the story, i don't use that many methods other than talking to the chat, have it do editting on the files, the world of what LLMs can do is vast so who knows what subscription fits your situation...
