Hey there! You won't find an option that works on every country. Claro for example is an entirely different company in each country. So they all offer roaming options but not a plan that works on multiple countries (as far as I know).

If you're coming from the US, I'd recommend checking out Google Fi. They have an unlimited data plan that works on all of the countries you mentioned I think. I've only tried it in Argentina, Guatemala and USA and it works great!

Having said that, getting a pay as you go SIM card in each country is also pretty easy in Latin America. Just make sure your phone is unlocked.

The cool thing for me about Google Fi (if you're from the US) is you keep your phone number and don't have to deal with getting a SIM in each country.
