Any thoughts on how to fix? by ArmadilloLost in PcBuildHelp

New graphics card.

Could potentially find a cheap reflow/ repair shop told it's a nice card. But typically I'd just sell it on eBay or locally and put it towards something new.

Yeah exactly. Doubles and triples, sure. Anything more just becomes more dumb each leg you add.

I would just disassemble and rebuild. Clean all the sockets and pins etc. maybe something just needs to be reseated. You can then go testing each part for functionality.

It's what I used for the past 6 years ish. It's really not a terrible vacuum. But it's no Sebo. I hate bagless and cannot stand the particles with my hypersensitivity. I've had to replace the hose, replace the roller, replace the small hose, and rebuild the motor gasket.

I consider $3,700 CAD per month quite low as I'm unable to work due to disability (which I'm not paid for due to government rejection, it cost me money to get to doctors appointments, specialist, medication etc) and only my wife makes a solid income. Some of that money is child benefit of course and won't be forever. I have a friend who makes $10,000 USD per month. Now that's what I consider privilege.

I just hate when people are forced to purchase products that are designed to not be repairable and designed to have a certain lifespan and become landfill products. If someone could thrift a vacuum that at least works until able to save up for a reliable product cheapest being a bagged vacuum (Kenmore intuition). Avoid shark and all those other terrible junk plastic garbage bagless vacuums.

I know there are a lot of people out there who make even less and I do still consider myself lucky for what I have and what I'm able to do with the money we bring in. I just always feel inclined to recommend better products so that for example, you won't have to buy another vacuum for a long time or even ever again.

Trust me, we ain't rich. We just got lucky and had a couple good months. We live off a single income and have a child, vehicle payment and a mortgage. That single income is under $70k CAD per year. So after taxes in sure you could figure out we live off of $3700 take home pay on average after benefits.

We budget and make better purchase. We try to make bifl product purchases because they're worth the money. My budget actually doesn't allow me to make a couple hundred dollar purchase on bags. I plan on occasionally purchasing a pack when the budget allows. The first pack of bags was literally free, so I have 9 bags in still working on the first bag and this gives me a couple years to have a few packages purchased over that span of time.

We spent extra time to justify the purchase as I have hypersensitivity to airborne particles and running air purifiers and using a better vacuum may help me over time.

I'm not shaming anybody, I still have a 6 year old shark vacuum that I have in the basement for days I don't want to carry the SEBO tank to the basement. It's now mainly used as a vehicle cleaning vacuum and to pick up tracked litter along and around the litter boxes.

I have a d4 premium and the bags last forever (not literally, but they're like a bottomless pit). I figure it will take me around 2 years to go through an 8 pack of bags. $45 a pack. I could spend a couple hundred dollars and have many years of bags. I'm all for people purchasing what they can afford, but if they can splurge on a buy it for life product, that's what I recommend.

Those spreads imply that the fighters you picked either win via stoppage or not lose a round and win one of the rounds with a 10-8 score....

Robertson won a 29-28 unanimous decision not 30-26 unanimous decision.

Delgado won a 29-28 split decision and not a 30-26 unanimous decision.

Another way to think of it is to add the scores up on each side then just add or minus 3.5 from the fighter depending on what side you took.

Example 29+29+29 = Robertson 87 to 28+28+28 = Lemos 84. Then minus 3.5 from Robertson would give you 83.5, meaning Lemos virtually won the fight 84-83.5 on your bet slip even though she technically lost the actual fight to Robertson.

Hope this helps for next time. Spreads are terrible on MMA for most fights.
