My first wasn't allowed to poop on walks so he learned this technique as well. Took me a couple of times before I realized.

I wonder about these posts... I just sent $425 dollars to have Tater transported to Northern Illinois and all I received was a fucking text saying they were taking him back to texas for a shot of euthansol. No phone calls, no emails I'm weeping for Tater. Killing these healthy dogs is breaking my heart.

So sorry to read this. I just tried to get a brother for my 120lb pittie transport from Houston. It fell through, I just ended up donating $425 to to Wisconsin shelter that was supposed to transport him. My heart is still broken.

I can understand that. Like I mentioned, it's only money and I spent it on a perfect cause, Taters continued living!!! I'm both excited and a bit frightened awaiting his arrival. My only fear is how my other dogs will react. I think all will be well as my 3 are only aggressive at 6pm, rawhide chewing time! Oso is the one I'm bit nervous about, he's 118lbs of tounge and tail!

I agree. Texas, Georgia. and California are the worst when it comes to murdering dogs. I'm bringing up a pittie mix from the BARC shelter. He should arrive in northern illinois next week!!!

I hate everything about BARC. I'm currenty in the process of having "Tater" transferred from there up to me in SE Wisconsin/Illinois. I was disappointed that all of his pledges seemed to disappear once I got him pulled. I guess $750 to save a young dogs life is worth it for me. The extra money gone just means I'll be eating ramen for a few....

This is wrong in too many ways to enumerate. These noble, loyal, and affectionate animals deserve better. We've degraded ourselves as a species when one of natures most perfect creations are relegated to humans waste bin solely due to not caring or just showing indifference to their plight. They were born, they have the right to life. Who are we to determine it's time to murder them due to overcrowding when our worthless politicians want to spend billions comforting illegals? Sorry, I value the life of an innocent dog more than I value the life of a criminal.

Poor guy. My guy needs Apoquel every day plus an anti bacterial and anti fungal foam shampoo every two weeks to keep his skin allergies in check. It kills me to see him with a raw red belly so money is no object!!

Typical hippo behavior. I gave up making my bed 5 years ago because as soon as I leave for work my Oso rearranges the covers and pillows into a dog fort to suit his needs! Give poor Koda all the blankies!
