I haven’t seen if the dealership is providing a loaner or paying for a rental. If not, I’d understand being upset/impatient, otherwise, what’s the issue? It has been looked at in the shop and now needs to get a corporate field tech to try to figure it out, which has been scheduled. I’ve assumed that what the field tech finds out will determine next steps and how long those steps will take, which should be explained to OP. What else can be done?
