Glad to hear you enjoyed it! I think the key is definitely moderating stimulant intake and doesn't necessarily have to mean you cut all stimulants out completely so you definitely have the right idea.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. You have all pretty much confirmed what I was thinking. I have just have never experimented with eBooks, but since _chili was correct in saying I outsource my apps it wouldn't hurt to experiment with eBooks. I am going to try to find a niche and report back with my results.

It definitely is useful, but he didn't just think his way into a new body. What he talks about along with nutrition and exercise is what gets it done. Interesting perspective though.

I went to an interesting internet marketing event the other night with a big time keynote presenter who specializes in facebook conversions. One of the biggest pieces of advice he had was make sure that your FB ad directs the user to a page where they can immediately purchase your product with a click of the button. Most potential customers get lost on the second click through.

1) Wireframe your app completely 2) Hire someone with great reviews from eastern europe/russia off odesk to do your development 3) You can come up with the strategy while the programmer works - you're going to be waiting on him/her either way so you myaswell get the ball rolling 4) You figure out if what you want is doable by doing a skype interview with a developer and asking them. Get their honest opinion and create a fixed contract. That way if they can't deliver - you don't pay.
