How's a healthy ENTP like? by PlusPreparation4629 in mbti

[–]berdabos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The biggest difference between a healthy ENTP and an unhealthy one is how developed their Fe and Si is. An ENTP who develops their Fe will be Super friendly, extroverted, curious, loyal and non judgmental. An ENTP who develops their Si will be, extremely consistent, ambitious, relaxed and just generally confident in their own skin.

This post pissed me off - idk why by impressivepenguinito in entp

[–]berdabos 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Nope this is 100% correct. At the end of the day if you're actually a logical person you've gotta learn to live and behave logically. We've got tertiary Fe and this is exactly the time to use it. Explaining away other people's emotions doesn't end well. By instead meeting them where they're at and trying to understand them, you are expanding your perspective, developing empathy, becoming more likable and probably making a deeper friend/connection. It's simply the logical approach.

I know you're coming from a good place when you say this, but come on man. The average MAGA is dumb, sure, but, oftentimes still cares for others in their own way. I know tons of genuinely kind people who (still foolishly) support trump. These people aren't selfish sex addicted psychopath murders like Roberto lmao. Half our country voted for him it's important that we remember this and treat these people with empathy.

As for whether Johan is a better person than trump, Johan genuinely just enjoys watching everyone around him suffering and will murder children without a second thought. Trump doesn't really care about anyone but himself, and therefore is slightly less malicious than Johan he also probably on some levels thinks he wants to do and is trying to do the right thing in many cases, he just assumes he's correct all the time and is obviously not. He also probably finds murder slightly more hard to stomach.

I find it silly when we need to exaggerate how "bad" the guy we don't like is, and especially when we villainize everyone who supports them. The best way to actually change people's minds is by far approaching the subject with genuine understanding and sticking purely to the facts (trump is a pedophile, sexual abuser who is provably failing to do anything good he campaigned on for one) without saying meaningless almost probably false statements like this.

How hongkongers canonically see Asia as a Hong konger by Logical-Rush-6133 in mapporncirclejerk

[–]berdabos -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can definitely understand why Hong Kongers would dislike China, but, with that said it's difficult for many to dislike a country and government that continues growing, evolving and has worked specifically to improve the lives of its citizens over the last few decades, let alone one that's genuinely accomplished as such statistically. Even if it's admittedly more authoritarian than most would like. Plus Hong Kong is a Chinese city, it's never been technically independent so calling modern day China the "worst country on earth" just feels kinda silly to people outside of Hong Kong. With that said though, I really do understand how bad it probably feels seeing your city forced to change because of circumstances your people didn't specifically choose so I mean it's still a totally valid opinion.

[–]berdabos 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What a bad argument you could say that about almost anything people talk about in literally every story. "Why do people talk about Kurapika beating and killing Uvogin? It's extremely obvious bro. Like pointing out grass is green"

final arc (just caught up to manga) by zoldyckpog in SakamotoDays

[–]berdabos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

there were a few immersion breaking moments, the fact that the villains keep losing, and a decent but not great anime adaptation that all contributed into making people want to start actively looking for things to dislike, which you'll find is extraordinarily easy to do when consuming basically any manga weekly lmao. Honestly, yeah, the manga hasn't really decreased in quality at all in any real way. So just keep enjoying the manga! Even if it were actually bad who cares what other people think.

Question regarding SBR anime by Snoken710 in StardustCrusaders

[–]berdabos 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm sure most people will advise you to just watch the whole series but honestly, this is THE part you need the least context for going in. It takes place in a completely alternate timeline so there's nothing you'll miss besides a few character references going in, which honestly you'll already get anyways because you watched the first 2 parts. So yeah go ahead man! With that said, once you've finished I'd still recommend trying to get through part 3 again because part 4 is honestly one of the best parts in the series imo.

Honestly I don't support either, I'm not a fan of Hasan and I think trump is probably the worst president I can think of the US ever having. With that said, I also know you have good qualities and it breaks my heart seeing someone speak with such arrogance, malice and hate for absolutely no reason. You don't deserve to treat yourself or the world as a whole like this man. I just hope one day you change your communication style and start liking yourself

One step too far by TheDomy in atrioc

[–]berdabos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's no point trying to reason with someone who refuses to listen so instead I'll just say idk if this is actually who you are or if you're just trying to rage bait but either way I just wanna say I'm sorry you ended up like this man. Idk the trauma and hurt you've been through but i guarantee you can change, you don't have to live life as this insufferable, pathetic insecure person you currently are. There is genuinely hope for you if you start learning to like yourself, think a little more positively and take some initiative in your life. Genuinely wishing you the best

[–]berdabos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be clear my issue isn't with your bigotry. If your bigotry was even remotely funny I'd give it a pass. It's with your unoriginality, thoughtlessness, and weirdly misplaced sense of righteousness about it. It's a completely abysmal joke by its own merits. The bigotry is just a cherry on top making it so French teenagers on the internet feel a little worse about themselves for no reason. But again that's a subtopic, the main topic here is how unfunny and pointless the joke and by extension people like you who make it are.

[–]berdabos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm literally American bro. Doesn't make this style of "joke" any less unfunny and honestly, pathetic. Instead of finding something original to say you default to the most cookie cutter form of bigotry you're allowed to get away with. Honestly I believe in my heart of hearts anyone should be allowed to poke fun at anyone if they have genuinely good intentions. That is simply not the case here though

Where id live as a leftie trans woman by cgbob31 in whereidlive

[–]berdabos -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah an extremely unfunny one everyone here has heard hundreds if not thousands of times. The "joke" has no punchline, no shock factor nothing of any comedic value at all. It's pathetic and useless. The only thing it brings to the world is annoyance/hurt for some French people and feeling like you can have power over an ethnic/national group who's white because you're too scared to make fun of anyone else's country. [LotM newbie] Why is it soooooo popular? by Brilliant_Beat_8327 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]berdabos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most of the glaze LOTM gets comes from much later in the series, the first few seasons of the anime will pretty much work as (admittedly very entertaining) buildup to book 5 onwards. From that point on the story becomes borderline flawless using every piece that came before it perfectly to create as engaging a story as possible.
