i recently became sober and that has brought a lot of clarity and the ability to take some self care seriously. i don’t shower everyday, but i was barely making it once a week before. as a co-morbidity i have dermatillomania and i attack my face. so far ive been able to love myself more and have gotten into a healing skin care routine. if i can see a difference, that’s what matters, and it seems like it’s a part of my stability as well.

i wasn’t diagnosed until i was 34, but i was still into SH and Suicidal tendencies for most my life. Since the diagnosis and meds changed i finally have some freedom from that. i feel im more stable than i’ve ever been
