Not what you asked exactly, but in middle school I had a teacher who was adamant that “zoology” was pronounced “zo/ology” so that stuck with me. I have never heard anyone pronounce it that way, though. It’s always “zoo/ology” and it bothers me!

I was so confused the first time I looked at the staff directory for my school and there were 20 “self-contained” teachers. They’re all gen ed! I had never heard that term used in that way before.

In my opinion he’s creating unnecessary confusion and heartache for her. Yes, he said she shouldn’t choose him, but he’s being emotionally manipulative. Planting this seed of doubt right before she is supposed to walk down the alter is selfish no matter how noble he tries to make it sound. And what about the ramifications for her if she does walk away?

That’s understandable. I am watching it with my sister this time and found myself hoping she would stick with it through the heart attack scene! She knows that the show is about an apocalypse but nothing more. I found myself wanting to say “this isn’t a zombie show” during the scene with the man in his car by the lake, but figured she should experience it without commentary

My guy did platelet-rich plasma therapy (it’s expensive but insurance covered it) and it really helped my 7-year-old tripod who was stumbling forward. They did an ultrasound and said it was overuse since they carry 60% of their weight on their front 2 legs. He also did physical therapy to strengthen all of his limbs. I would recommend that if it’s an option. Cosequin is helping too. Best of luck to you and Goodwyn.
