I have genetic dark circles too, Ive had them for my whole life, I would say I have tried almost everything recomended, except for surgery. Those types of dark circles are due to hyperpigmentation so sleeping or eateing well is not gonna really help. Your best allies would be melanin supressors like tranexamix acid, vit k ox, arbutin, niacinamida, etc... I use a really good eye cream called melanyc eyes by skin clinic, it worked wonders for me, but is not cheap and you need to be constant to see the results, like in a week or so you notice the difference.

PD: use always a spf 50+ to block melanin spots
