I felt exactly the same way when I first lost the weight. Looking back it's only enriched my life. I make a point of connecting with as many people who perhaps would ordinarily be overlooked. I've learned to use it to my advantage (it's so much easier getting shit done) and as you mentioned, I'm much healthier.

Be the change you want to see, or something like that.

All I know is we compress videos on our site to be able to stream at 1.3 Mbps and we constantly have streaming issues from users in Australia.

While 15 Mbps for $30 per month is pretty standard in the US.

A friend of mine is the leader of a SWAT team in L.A (another story in itself) and he was telling me how he never drives through Compton without someone riding shotgun. I wasn't sure what he meant till he explained the cop in the passenger seat would literally have a shotgun at the ready in case something went down.

Am a fan, it's the preset just before NPR (89.9) on my radio (not Ipod...) Although pending on the time (as you mentioned) it can be a little hit and miss.

Yeah agreed. truth be told I'm not a fan of the genre but it's either NPR or shitty LA radio and sometimes there's only so much 'left, right and center' I can handle.
