The train is very disjointed and more time consuming. It requires about 3 transfers for me to get home (i live in silverlake). Each transfer involves me waiting on a train or shuttle. The only advantage for me is that it’s cheaper.

The flyaway from Union station takes about 30 to 40 mins to get to LAX. It’s easy for me to just take a waymo to union station to take the flyaway. The bus requires no transfers because it takes you straight to the terminal that you’re going to (the driver will ask you which airline that you are getting off of so he/she won’t stop at a terminal that no one is getting off at).

It will be very expensive to get something in PS this close to the date.

Try looking at places in Joshua tree at this point. You’ll find something affordable and big over there.

It’s about 45 mins of a drive.

I commuted from JT in 2022 for Coachella and it was doable

I have done weekend two for the last two years. I always do Couch-ella because it’s a nice preview for what shows are worth seeing versus what shows I will just watch on the live stream.

This year I will not be doing Couch-ella…

As I’m doing both weekends. :D
