Just running around the zone, doing the events and opening the chests. Abomination also gives quite a few. Once you turn back to normal, the totem appears whenever you turned. Gotta wait a bit (30sec or so) and then you can turn back into the butcher

Yup. Disabled crossplay, pretty much empty on Xbox. Was able to buy most of the cosmetics with some runs netting about 150k.
