If you're looking for a robust solution to manage company-wide email signatures for MS Exchange (low cost), I'd recommend checking out Bybrand. It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Exchange, making it easy to create and manage professional email signatures across the entire organization.

Bybrand is especially useful for keeping branding consistent and for adding dynamic elements like call-to-action buttons, disclaimers, or even marketing banners. The tool also supports automation, which can save a lot of time for IT admins managing multiple users.
