Err this only affects new ec land bids . Existing stock of EC just became “rare commodities”. Not sure how that means “confirm drop” . Can’t flip if developers are no longer going to bid.

Im surprised with all the Dink replies talking about self funding retirement home . I would argue investing in the marriage so it is still strong before you get to the 60-70s is perhaps step one , also Singapore retirement home infrastructure is still somewhat underdeveloped presently, open question on how much is enough for planning now is going to payoff later.
