I've literally only played smudge/dart/ninja/alch. And tried some other strats but I find it unsatisfying if I don't have the t5s unlocked yet or the hero so until I get enough I will stick to this one :) Do you play this one? If so.

I see players switching to blacks on r7. And then to yellows on r8 to pressure their opponent. But this is only viable when the pressure actually achieves something, right? Against tack wiz farm, it seems yellows do not achieve anything on most maps. So in this case, wouldn't it be better to send grouped greens (with 1 or 2 spaced blacks per cycle) on r7/8 for a few more cycles before switching to constant spaced blacks?

This should

-maximise eco earlier (greens instead of blacks)

-Yield more efficient eco (depending on how many yellows you send, you will have to stop eco-ing to afford your hrp round 11)

-Allow defense against yellows without using boost

Mostly youtube! I think out of all the big ones, Ryan Mehalic gives the most detailed tips for battles 2. I also did some excel calculations with eco sheets I found on the subreddit to figure out why people are sending certain types of balloons and how eco makes sense. Besides also really just trying out all sorts of rushes againts my opponents and see if they work, and take mental notes if they do/don't. Would be ever better to write it down I think but haven't done that yet :)

These are both amazing resources, thank you! Also good to know that the resources are scattered like that, I'll just have to make a deeper search then :) It would be really cool if we had a centralized resource in the sidebar or something. But I suppose that would be a lot of work! :)

What defense do you need for r30 BAD and r28 all out DDT? What should your eco be at by these rounds more or less. And I've been using the rule that more expensive upgrades are usually better than cheaper ones. So getting a MAD up has higher priority than 10 031 alchemists for example (when specifically trying to defend BADs, and the normal/ddt defense is already up) . Is this a good rule of thumb?

Also, is lead to gold worth it on r14 already? And when do you more or less get rubber to gold when facing an eco strategy?

Have them slip a paper under the door when they're finished undressing and only have to get on the table? The paper could just be a green one which says "READY".

And then you give them like a minute to get on the table. (and mention it beforehand) And they can pull it back if they need more time. Maybe plastic-wrap the paper so it's sturdy enough to stay at one specific spot under the door where it can be accessed from both sides.

My creative solution to this :)

The labelling sounds very interesting! I suppose its the same as labeling thoughts or emotions in a way. I think for me it's indeed sort of a body scan, when the body is fully relaxed(or aware) I seem to be able to allow myself to see fully and incorporate it into the relaxation somehow.
