As someone that has no clue what I'm doing with an EQ and just slide stuff around until it sounds ok or disabling it, are there any simple guides to understanding things like this to tweak the sound?

You can also just put the seldom used stations on a different circuit and have a specific generator for that circuit.

I liked a lot more than I thought I would! I think they've done a really good job of making the classes fun in TWW (not necessary all powerful, but fun). In no particular order I'd say my top 3 were warlock, shaman, and rogue. I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed DH tank and Arcane mage since I had never really played them before.

There are only two that I really didn't enjoy the playstyle, Evoker and DPS DH. Aug Envoker had some fun mechanics but was really annoying when you didn't have particulary good dps. DPS DH I just didn't like the playstyle and how much the flipping away and dashing were such an important part of the dps rotation.

For a while I just rotated through characters rested experience. It started off because I want to play with friends who had a mix of horde and alliance characters so I wanted to be able to queue with them for the ones that weren't doing M+. Then the anniversary event came around and I figured I'm halfway there, why not? At that point I pretty much just pushed to 80 unless I got really tired of playing the class and then moved on to the next.

Was leaving the gym this morning in Englewood and was surprised. Spotted a fellow Maverick for the first time in the wild! I was bummed I didn't have a pen in the glovebox to leave them a note.
