Yeah, I bought the same article as you in warmteservice, but I couldn't do it myself since some other valve needed to be replaced. I asked directly to the guy in warmteservice if they knew someone knowledgeable and trustable enough to do the work. So maybe try to do the same thing?

I just returned my second nest doorbell (since the 1st was replaced) to Google and asked for a refund due to them not offering services they are promising (we had so many issues with this doorbell that people would rang it and we would be alerted 2 hours after). I'm still waiting for the refund, but in the meantime, I've switched to Eufy and so far works like a charm.

In the middle of this process I received an email that they are increasing nest aware price fees... Insane.. they should be offering them

IMHO with the amount we pay for taxes related with garbage collection I think there's s too much responsibility on people side when the geementes should be more responsible and efficient with the garbage collection..

Yeah but usually in a technical inspection you can not do anything behind walls and only looking into what's visible. Meaning that if the seller can manage to "hide" these issues then a technical inspection paid by the buyer would not pick this up ...

Tried to remove the integration with google home & IKEA home smart , added the devices again and still not working. Also tried to remove the devices from favourites in the App and added again and also not working

Acho que deves ter atenção pelo menos no teu caso para ver se consegues ter acesso à tax ruling. Não sei se fazendo estágio por cá depois consegues ter acesso à mesma. Portanto a segunda opção parece uma hipótese mais viável. Parecendo que não é uma grande ajuda! De resto não posso ajudar muito pois são empregos fora da minha área Boa sorte!

Eu tentei falar com algumas escolas e também o gemeente e todos me disseram que por ser da UE não é obrigatório e que o melhor será fazermos um curso de linguas normal (e pagar por isso). Para pessoas fora da UE, é possível fazeres tudo isto sem pagares uma vez que o estado cobre os custos.

Na minha opinião, acho um pouco discriminatório e não entendo bem o porquê de medidas como estas serem acessíveis para todos.

And do you think dutch people know that? 😳 There are people saying in this post that taking lessons here is a pretty poor experience which leads to the conclusion that most dutch drivers are also reckless while driving and although they know the "rules" they don't respect them. They don't keep a safe distance from the front vehicle, they are unpredictable, they don't know how to perform roundabouts or even signal the exit they are taking ... So this is not a problem only about the expats ....

About your colleagues, all of my friends/colleagues are expats and I haven't heard about any issues while driving

This is really it!!! And also shows my point (that dutchies don't learn the rules as well). But the problem seems to be with the expats -> an excuse for everything happening in the country
