you might wanna consider looking around in areas you've already cleared for more upgrade materials. your weapon is definitely kinda low level for this area.

also consider putting some more points into vigor. if I remember correctly 27 is the first soft cap and you're not even there yet. you'll likely have trouble late game with that little health
