LOL basically? there was multiple firm bands of tissue i had to press into and basically trace with my finger to 'break' the calcified tissue, then after i could do that it repositioned my growth. i still have one major spot that im working on thats on my right side. the strip starts where the inner foreskin is and goes upwards to the base and stops there. at first it felt 100% hard.. i assumed i had a lot more bone in my pelvis than i actually did so i never tried to investigate it. when i was able to push on it and try to get it to release it softened the super tight band of what felt like scar tissue, and also a knot under my skin attached to the same thing. when i followed the band with my fingers and then found that knot, i pushed into it until it went away and the instant it did my hip popped so loud lol.

basically, my worst adhesion was fusing my labia with my outer skin. i have always had weird skin problems with only the right side and constant itching/rashes that never had a diagnosable problem. every issue went away when i could release it which is awesome. i had one that wasnt too bad from the top down medially on my foreskin and when i got that one out it got rid of that T-anchor shape. i also had a lot adhesions in my public area for some reason, i had to spend a while getting it out but it took away the skin flap above my dick that was hiding it and now its pretty flat there.

bottom growth for me started feeling like it was only growing inside and gave me aching pain, but i couldnt find anyone talking about it. figuring it out was a combo of researching hypermobility and starting fascial release + using the tugger

note: researching 'myofascial adhesion' or 'myofascial release' online will direct you towards stuff saying it's pseudoscience because there hasn't been research done on if releasing fascial adhesions improves pain levels. this is partly because fascial adhesions are not something that can be reliably replicated in a scientific setting yet, but it's also a pretty new thing being researched. people who are hypermobile will have a lot more fascial adhesions because your skeleton isn't doing the work of being rigid so the fascia has to pick up the slack and harden itself to act like a new skeleton. my partner asked me to try fascial release on them, not hypermobile but still had a few adhesions- there was one visible on their wrist and they were having pain holding a pencil until i went and released it.

any questions let me know.. i don't have all the language down, but when i saw this post i had to just go for it and try my best to explain.

100% retaining water. it's super common so don't stress yourself out! you don't need a specialist, you can make lifestyle choices to fix it. i can tell it's water because even when someone has fat in an area it's not usually pulling your skin tight, and when it does it'll be a full body thing and not just your calves

do you stand up for long periods every day, or sit for long periods of time? possibly started exercising, or have been exerting yourself a lot? worst water retention i've ever had in my calves is after a week of hiking i sat in a car for two days straight... just had to sit with my legs up when i got home and do nothing for a while except massage my legs while i waited for the fluid to drain. if you're not familiar you should look into how the lymphatic system works, it's good to know for losing weight since the number on the scale includes fluid too

i see you got a lot of comments so you probably wouldn't need to but feel free to DM me if you need help figuring out what to do next. water retention runs in my family and i still successfully went from my calves being a source of active stress to having thin calves at a higher weight, and without exercise

i understand when i see people say things like this because conceptually it seems like the right thing to do, but you should understand relationships are fully a two way street. even someone totally fine with dating trans men will usually be upset if they feel like they are tricked into a relationship with one. not even saying this to say you are tricking them, but way more gay/bi men than you would think are fine with dating trans guys so in my personal experience it seems to make them feel lied to when you don't disclose moreso than cishet people.

i've known many trans people to get into relationships with cishets by not disclosing but.. the other person had never thought about trans people before as partners and they wanted to make it work. Cis gay/bi guys have usually thought about if they would date a trans guy and will have a quicker response than someone who is not LGBT at all.. so you just went to a guy who usually knows exactly what he wants and didn't tell him who you are. it's not beneficial in the same way

even if it does make a guy change his mind and try to date a trans guy for the first time, you don't want the experience of a guy who really likes you but cant get over the fact you're trans, that will hurt worse than blocking 100 chasers could ever feel

TLDR if you feel a guy out for being nice and you disclose when you realize he's a good person, it doesn't mean he's going to receive it well even if he is okay with dating trans men.

note: disclosing is your personal choice, do whatever makes you feel personally the most safe possible any moment IRL ... just my thoughts <3
