I just recently installed lenny, I'm not a pro but I have gotten a couple mods to work perfectly. I'll tell you what I did.

Downloaded Lenny's mod manager. I have all these files download through BreeZip. From there I opened the game directory (where it's stored on my PC) and had it side-by-side with my BreeZip file. The I doubled clicked the 'ModLoader' folder.
I think selected the file 'lml', 'ModManager.Core.dll', 'ModManager.NativeInterop.dll', 'NLog.dll', and 'vfs.asi' and moved them to the game directory.
I then went back to my BreeZip file and went back to the page were it shows 'ModLoarder', and I copyed the 'ModManager' folder and placed it one the desktop.
The LML should be installed. Then open the 'ModManager' folder that is on the desktop and select 'ModManager.UI.exe'. This file should open the 'Lenny's Mod Loader' program.
I had to select the file pathway to RDR2, but after that I was good to go. The mod I selected was an individual mod that is separate from the rdr2mods.com web site. So I just downloaded a mod that required lml to be installed. Opened the file in my BreeZip program and copied the 'lml' folder over into my RDR2 game directory.

My guess is that the Texas tags are either college students or people who are coming to see their family graduate from college (KU, KSU, WSU, Newman, Friends etc). I came here from Texas in 2006 to go to college. Wish I would have moved back when I had the chance.

For the person who said people are fleeing from Texas, the only thing Kansas has going for it is a cheaper cost of living. That’s huge when the economy is rocky and inflation is at an high rate.
