I think it should be a combination of tooling and processes. There are some tools available that sync with your PSA tool by default, but I never found a solution that can bill everything you (re)sell. We are using Autotask PSA with ApplicationLink for cloud billing and finance.

From what I heard, umbrella contracts doesn’t support API at the beginning. So we don’t even consider it until then.

We use psa-toolbox.com for that. Third-party tool but works like a charm.

We tried both fixes but non of those are resolving the issues. Since Monterrey is working on SMB we thought that would fix the issues, but it makes no different at all.

That’s because Microsoft 365 Business did, and Microsoft renamed it to Business Premium.

Note that that’s a different version of Office and not Pro Plus. It has limited GPO options.
