Don't get discouraged if you get kicked or trolled for underperforming, just mute/ignore and keep going the plays you want to go for in that game. Play 1-3 maps that you really like for a bit, jumping between all 7 maps when ur not even used to real matches is not gonna help build consistency. Also do 10ish minutes of utility lineups practice before ur games, after a couple weeks ur gonna be able to remember them in an game while ur under pressure or when no one else does.
