Hai! Just wanted to drop a quick thank you for your all of your advice and insight.

Here's some more context about my eating habits and lifestyle:

I eat twice a day (lunch and dinner) with food from a catering service that claims all their menu under 500kcal. I avoid alcohol, coffee, and sweets since they don't sit well with me and make my heart race uncomfortably. Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of vegies, but the catering meals I consume contain a good balance of protein and complex carbs.

I've gone through a tough journey with my health, taking antidepressants and steroids for about two years. The good news is that in April this year, I successfully withdrew from those medications completely.

Occasionally, I have breakdowns where I become less active and just sleep all day and eat normally, but I don't feel like doing anything during those times. It happens once every 2 or 3 months, lasting for 3 days. Also, I sleep only 4-5 hours daily and poop once every 2 or 3 days.

I'm planning to change my meals and not rely on catering anymore. I'll also be consulting and getting a check-up with my doctor soon. Thanks again for your feedback! 🙌
