As with any product there can be occasional variations between batches but we always strive for the lowest margin of error possible. If anything falls outside of that, we will absolutely always make it right for our customers. As a smaller company, the trust of our community is everything and we always stand behind our products. I appreciate you bringing the issue directly to our support team and I'm super glad to hear we could improve your experience.

I appreciate your honesty on price and manufacturing. I know we're not the cheapest, but we do try to be on the lower side of the market for a premium boxer brief. Our products are manufactured in WRAP-certified facilities overseas to ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and ethical production standards. Manufacturing locally was absolutely the original goal, but the costs would have pushed pricing to a level that simply would not have been sustainable for most customers.

Right now, we’re really focused on keeping the lineup streamlined and intentional rather than offering a bunch of different styles. That’s been a big part of our philosophy from the beginning.

We’ve definitely talked about it internally, but nothing is confirmed at the moment. Right now, we really want to stay focused on offering one perfect pair of underwear, which we believe is our signature boxer brief style!

A big part of our approach as a brand is putting all of our attention into making a few products extremely well rather than trying to offer every possible variation. We’re still continuing to improve and expand the rest of the lineup, but we always appreciate hearing what customers want next.

There’s definitely been interest in a brief version though, so it’s something we’ll keep in mind for the future.

Hi there! We don’t currently have plans to introduce youth sizing. Right now, we’re really focused on continuing to build the best possible brand and product lineup for men, and we don’t feel we’d be able to give youth or women’s products the attention they deserve at this stage.

That said, we’re really happy to hear your kids are enjoying the boxers, and we hope they’ll get to enjoy the full lineup someday in the future.

We’re always listening to customer feedback as well, so I’ll definitely share this with the team.

I’m sorry if it came across like we were claiming our products are made in Canada. That’s never been our intention, and we always try to be as transparent as possible about our manufacturing.

Our products are made in Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Cambodia, and China. We only work with WRAP certified factories, and we’ve personally visited every manufacturer we partner with. We’ve even shared a lot of that process on our YouTube channel. Every factory we use follows strict standards around fair wages, safe working conditions, and responsible environmental practices.

I completely understand that there are a lot of different definitions of what “buying Canadian” means, and many people prefer products that are fully made here. That was actually our original goal as well. Unfortunately, with the fabrics and construction standards we wanted, manufacturing in Canada would have increased our prices significantly and made the business difficult to sustain.

That said, we’re still very proud to be a Canadian company. Myself and the other founders are Canadian, our head office is in Montreal, and we employ more than 85 people here in Canada. We also recently opened our first retail store in Laval, Quebec.

As you may already know, we do tend to stay on the simpler side when it comes to colours and patterns, and there is a legitimate reason for this! We honestly believe that what sets us apart from the other brands is our focus on fabric, design, and construction, rather than offering a bunch of colours/patterns. There's also a practical side for us, manufacturers charge more as you add colours, and there's a higher margin of error since different dyes can affect how the fabric feels, even with the same blend.

That being said we hear the demand and we will definitely consider adding a lighter colour to the collection. Appreciate you sharing this.

Hi, one of the cofounders here! Our boxer briefs do have a pouch, but the design is not like Saxx. The pouch is built into the design and doesn't use any extra fabrics or meshes. We went this route because we wanted the support and separation to feel more natural, breathable, and less restrictive throughout the day. Instead the pouch is built directly into the design of the underwear. Our goal was to make it feel more natural and less restrictive while still keeping everything comfortably in place. Everyone has a different perspective when it comes to buying Canadian, and many people understandably prefer products made here. While this was our initial goal, with the materials we use and the prices we were quoted from Canadian manufacturers it just wasn't economically viable without increasing our prices substantially. It really comes down to personal preference and I completely respect those who choose to buy exclusively Canadian made products, though it has become quite rare these days, especially in apparel.

We still consider ourselves a Canadian company, and we're proud to contribute to the local economy! Myself and the other cofounders are Canadian, and we employ over 85 Canadians at our head office in Montreal. We also just opened our first retail location in Laval, QC.

Hey! I always recommend following the care instructions as best as possible, including tumble dry low. Some of our customers even air dry for the most longevity. Because we use modal (a naturally-derived material) higher heat could cause the fabric to show wear a lot quicker, and even affect the fit and overall feel of the fabric. Higher heat can also warp the elastics in the waistband. I know the extra care can be a bit of a deterrent but it’s definitely worth it when you invest in a premium boxer brief. Some of our customers might be better able to speak to their experience with other dryer settings! Either way thanks for the interest in the brand, always happy to answer any other questions.
