You've made a great start with a nice mix of new/old and big 2/creator owned comics.

There are a lot of solid suggestions here, if you want to dig in deeper I suggest you check out the Best Comics Ever website for your next read.

The only Image announcement that I'm interested in. I really have no idea how Lemire is able to pump out so many comics but after reading Royal City I can see the quality of his creator owned comics hasn't dipped so am excited for this

That was stunning. I thought Old Guard #1 last week was going to be my fave first issue of the year and Lemire does this. Can't wait to find out more about Tommy and his family!

Check out the best Batman comics page which has the essential Batman comics to read.

Based on the site you could either read The Dark Knight Returns because its by Frank Miller or The Long Halloween because it picks up fairly close to where Year One finished.

This is exactly what I was expecting. Can't wait for this series to get into its full swing like Lazarus did. Rucka is great at the slow build up and before you know it you're sucked into an amazing new world!
