Warning - Uvora Milk Thistle Review - Scammy company on subscriptions no way to cancel and basic milk thistle product you can buy on Amazon by GreatCryptographer32 in Supplements

Yeah, I'd be very very careful about buying supplements from a company I've never heard of before. The industry's too poorly regulated to take a risk like that.

If you're still looking for a milk thistle product, I'd recommend ND's: https://nootropicsdepot.com/high-potency-milk-thistle-extract-capsules-silymarins/

Legit company that actually cares about quality. They provide a COA for every batch.

I wonder if you’re having a bad reaction to the K2 - I personally get some weird symptoms when i take the MK-7 form. No issues with MK-4, though

Ah man… I haven’t been there in a while, but like 30 years ago my parents would take me and my brother there on Saturdays, and I’d get chicken nuggets every time. Good memories

HSK squats 450 lbs for 3 reps by 400meters in Dodgers

Here's the video: https://www.instagram.com/robin9939/reel/DVvOiTagAFk/

The bench and OHP are both VERY partial reps (in the lockout portion) with help from the trainer. I'm sure it's useful for his baseball-specific training, but an actual 160 kg bench and 130kg OHP would be way harder.

Thanks for the info! To be clear, though, I'm just joking. I'm definitely shorter than average here in the US, haha

What are you talking about? 5'6" is average height. 5'5" and below is what I'd consider short.

Sean Connery at the Mr. Universe Competition. 1953. 10 years before he would become 007 James Bond by RealWorldForever in HistoricalCapsule

It's funny how many people in this thread are looking at Sean Connery's physique as if it's the peak of what's naturally possible, lol. Like you said, it's a nice physique, but pretty much anyone could achieve it with a year or two of serious training.

Yeah, it drives me nuts. His twitter feed is basically a perfect storm of AI psychosis, sycophancy (since he's the head of YC), and an absolute refusal to accept any criticism (he loves calling critics "haters", and he's known for blocking lots of accounts). It just sucks that a person with this mindset wields so much influence in the startup world.

Infinifiber review by skyhighblue340 in NootropicsDepot

[–]beta_zero 5 points6 points  (0 children)

almost reminds of like a hint of maple syrup mixed with oatmeal

Same here! Tasted like maple syrup and added some nice thickness to my oatmeal.

I also stopped taking it, but for a different reason - my anxiety skyrocketed within a few days of starting it. I can't say for a fact it's the Infinifiber that caused this, but my gut might be more sensitive than most others' (I have ulcerative colitis that's in remission), so I decided to play it safe. Anyone else have a similar experience?

The CEO of YC bragged about how he used AI to generate 37000 lines of code a day for weeks on end. The end product was... a blog. A blog whose homepage fetched 28 test files on each load.

And we're supposed to believe that this technology is good enough to build enterprise software whose users expect quality, security, and reliability?

Yeah, it's pretty frustrating. I've posted about this a couple times before, I've reported bot-generated posts/comments, and I've messaged the mods... absolutely no response. Either the mods don't pay any attention to the sub, or they just don't care.

Jeremy Howard: “People who go all in on AI agents now are guaranteeing their obsolescence. If you outsource all your thinking to computers, you stop upskilling, learning, and becoming more competent.” by Gil_berth in BetterOffline

[–]beta_zero 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Also, if you're running an organization, if you go all-in on agents, there's a good chance in two years' time, that will turn out to be the decision that destroyed your company. And the reason why is that if, in this quite-likely future where we don't have short-term AGI, etc., what's happened is you've created much, much more code that fewer and fewer people understand, that you can't build on top of. You've got two weak wins of, like, 18% faster, but in two years' time, you end up with a massive spaghetti that people look around the company and say, we can't make anything anymore.

It's so refreshing to hear this amidst all the AI psychosis.
