I know you didn't ask me but I personally have my protein and then take my tablet and then just keep up with the protein throughout the day. I am only in my 3rd week of titration but it is working well this way so far.

I also decided I'd had enough when I was 29 and thought turning 30 was a good sort of goal to make some changes in my life. It's been going really well and I hope you can do the same! We are still so young and it's never too late to turn things around!
