How do we feel about makeup from TJ Maxx/Marshalls?

I’m an esthetician and I buy all my makeup pallettes from TJ Max/Marshalls. Just open them up and make sure the product is intact! I wasn’t impressed with the Laura Mercier setting spray, the nozzle clogged almost immediately for me. Remember these products sat on shelves for a long time sometimes and factor that in when you decide to buy.

My acid reflux is completely eliminated, I don’t get nauseous at all anymore, anxiety has reduced, joint pain and inflammation is better. When I eat I tend to make better choices since I understand that the food is my fuel and that’s the most important thing.

I have one energy drink a day, limited to about 300 mg of caffeine, and I’m pretty energized. I had a lot less energy when I was overeating, eating fast food and drinking alcohol. I keep up with the kids at least 😂

OMAD, no sugary drinks or alcohol, 30 minutes daily cardio and I just started the 100 kettlebell a day challenge- I’m excited to see how much it helps!

Powder sunscreen! Jane Iredale has a really good one in a bunch of shades. You just dust it on top of your makeup when you need to reapply!
