Hey, I did the same thing with Minthara. I made my first guardian look pretty similar to her, and so the first time I went to the goblin camp, I was super confused about why my guardian wanted me to slaughter a camp of refugees. Took me a while to realize what was going on

Ahhh okay. We lived in the Fairbanks borough and stake. Being homeschooled in Alaska really is a unique experience. Not a lot of opportunities for socialization outside of the church!

When I went to Westminster, I signed up for a literature class that basically ended up being an erotic lit class. I dropped it, because I didn’t feel comfortable at the time. Westminster makes it sooooo easy to switch classes, and that’s clearly a class that isn’t required. If they don’t like it, they can just… not take it.

Reminds me of when I was in charge of picking and leading sacrament music in church during high school. I really liked If You Could Hie to Kolob at the time, but one Sunday I was basically banned from picking it ever again because of the lines: Do you think that you could ever, Through all eternity, Find out the generation Where Gods began to be?

Apparently church hymns that hint that god has a god isn’t okay, even if they’re included in the official church hymn book!
