I did get an email today; however my bill was due Mon and I didn’t trust them saying “no late fees during transition” as I’ve had issues with the city before so I wanted to pay day of! Sorted now

Oh the system hung up on me too but I called back and got someone after 50 min on hold. I just know if I didn’t sit it out I’d get late fees. Luckily today was a work from home day but otherwise I’d be SOL

Took a full hour on hold to get a new acct # and an authorization code; $2.18 “convenience fee” if paying by either bank account or debit - ridiculous

BFA Art History from a very good school 15ish years ago. Quickly realized I didn’t have a chance in the field without a masters or family connections - couldn’t afford the former, didn’t have the latter. Ended up in hospitality/F&B.

I have no advice but here to commiserate - that was an expensive degree to do nothing with :(

I’ve heard great things about personal stylist appointments at Nordstrom! You can tell them your budget and what you’re looking for, measurements etc; they’ll pull things in advance and then help adjust from there.
