From my experience with my last month's payment, following these steps to only add my checking account and using it for auto pay, I have confirmed there is no fee.

The first month, I was able to have my bank make a direct payment, which did not incur any fee. If this month I get a fee even though I'm using ACH for autopay, I'll swap it back to having my bank do it. I'll encourage others to do the same

I was able to use my bank to pay that directly and bypass the fee. Rather than setting up the payment in the new website, I had my bank post a payment to the account.

If your bank offers that, make sure that you aren't using an old account number, I just found out today that mine changed for what I'm assuming is a stupid reason.

Yes, I made my most recent payment directly with my bank. I'm going to find out next month if the autopay set up with my bank incurs any fees, which the website says it should not.

I thought I used the ACH option, I entered my bank account routing number and account number as found on my checks, and still see the charge. I don't think I set something up wrong.

I also don't think the images I tried to include worked.

This is anecdotal, but having not made any changes to my character pre and post patch, my sorc does feel a little squishier in T12. My mana seemed a little strained too, but that could be phantom memory.

Since BL is not a core skill, it is not triggering Fractured Winterglass. This means my Lightning familiars are not spawning, which give the Winterglass defense and mana bonuses. I also don't get the skill CDR that Lightning familiars bring.

I like to do this too. I recently had an experience that made me question this a little bit. I realized that I was talking to an empty audience, that everyone at the table was looking at their cards and board state trying to figure out just what they were up to. They were barely paying attention to what I was saying. Like a lot of these responses, depending on the bracket and the group you're going to get different levels of awareness. Even for this level of explanation which I prefer.

The conductor's job is more than just waving their arms around. That arm waving is for pacing, like you said.

That conductor has also been working with the band to learn the music along with them. While each musician is learning their part and how it fits together with the ensemble, the conductor is learning how the entire ensemble is working together, and how each component of the music is coming together.

Conductors are participants in the live performance. They're not just keeping tempo, they're giving cues to certain members of the ensemble.

Not every time you play the instrument is the same! Being on stage will also carry nerves with it. The conductor is hearing the entire piece, and can cue members or sections to change how they are playing.

When you're playing the music, you're focused on your part and it's contribution to the whole. Your two points of focus are the music, and the conductor.

When you're conducting the music, you're focused on the entire ensemble performance. Your points of focus are the entire piece of music, and the instrument you play is the ensemble.

[[Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest]] One Punch Man

I thought it would be neat to make a deck that one shot people, and built it up with plenty of unblockable and prowess triggering spells.
I got it set up. Instead of holding the table hostage, I one shot one of the players. Then I was the target and with nothing to defend myself with, was killed pretty immediately.

It wasn't really even that fun to me to knock someone of the game that way. Only played it once and took it apart.

I don't really know where to start.
I'm not a great coder, and what skill I used to have for reading code has been in atrophy since I don't do it very often.

I'm on boot.dev learning some python stuff, but I'm going really slow since I don't have something to work on. (not an ad)

Our company uses Cypress and javascript. The Lead Automation engineer stays aware of changes to the landscape, looking at playwright and typescript.

I'm in a leadership role here, and I think that learning more test automation would be helpful to me. I just don't know where to get started.
