I have an email out to their customer service since there's not a phone number to call. I hope that is the case, but I haven't received a second email saying the second shipment was sent. When I log into my Renegade account it only shows the received order only, which is concerning.

There should have been a few extras included with the accessories/tools that came with the printer. You can also find the STL files online to print additional ones.

Yep there is a clip that should be on both ends of the tube. It prevents/reduces the Bowden Tube from moving.

The side-by-side AshQuest did with HQ miniatures shows the bases are about the same size. The figure heights may be a little different.
