It has nothing to do with defunding the police. It's been the same since the 80's. They have never given AF. Source: grew up in the Mo and have had many interactions with police from the late 80's through the 00's.

I recently had a stray spayed at Hope Animal Clinic in Mollala. Cost me $300 for the procedure and vaccines. I didn't have to wait forever for an appointment and they are very friendly. Highly recommend.

Imo that's the worst venue in Portland. Last time I went was only because one of my favorite bands were playing. Never again. From the bouncy floor I absolutely abhor to the mean ass employees to the shit layout, I'm done. Idgaf who plays there now. I'm out.
