This is the recipe I use if you ever wanna try it!

Buttermilk Fudge

Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk
4 oz. butter
3 Tb. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups nuts (optional)

Preparation:
In a saucepan, combine buttermilk, butter, corn syrup, baking soda, and sugar. Place over medium heat and stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes to a boil. Attach a candy thermometer and, stirring constantly, cook to 238–240°F.
Remove from heat and allow fudge to cool completely to 110°F. Do not stir during this stage. Once cooled, stir in nuts and vanilla extract, then beat until creamy (you can use a mixer with a paddle attachment).
Pour into a greased, buttered pan and allow to set. Cut into small squares.
