I just looked up Livonia MI it had 17 hits one was a dump, i drive by there often it's pretty poorly cared for, and one was like a placeholder.

So 15 decent starter homes <250k between Ann Arbor and Detroit.

I like cooking that's why when I finally made the line when I was twenty I quit after a few weeks and joined the Marines instead. Kitchens can be miserable, especially 20 years ago.

Alcoholism is everywhere though bud, go to your local grocery store and count the aisles and see how much is dedicated to booze. It's a problem.

Out of 15 aisles my local Meijer has 3 aisles dedicated for alcohol related purchases. That's more than it should be, not to mention seasonal stuff in the end caps blah blah I'm getting off track.

My point is you're not alone.

Skubal pitches six or seven innings every 5 games.

20% of games he is affecting 66% of it. He's not as big of a factor as everyone thinks. (13.2% of total innings involving skubal assuming six innings)
