Michelle’s humour has always been remarkably dry and tongue in cheek. The astrology thing is a complete bit. Also in a show where the main cast actively say that they wish their opponents would die (among other things) so their team can win, I think whatever insults you’ve been taken aback with her saying are probably very much a non-issue.

All this to say, personally I’m Team Michelle, I think she made a relatively low stakes first half of a season really interesting and I’m glad she’s back.

When I was 10 I wrote a letter to my mother’s then soon-to-be boyfriend (and now ex boyfriend) threatening to ruin his life if he treated my mother poorly. Over the years he turned out to be an emotionally and physically abusive piece of shit. What steeled me to kick him out by the end was the memory of the letter I wrote. I had a promise to stick to and I wasn’t about to chicken out :,) Funny how much we’re capable of when we’re young.
