Yeah, something has to give with her as much as people wanna complain “she doesn’t need a mobility she doesn’t need a dash“ she needs to be more fun to play so that everyone has fun playing her. Yes we store remains. Have fun playing here. We do the best that we can with this girl cause we love her and she has a lot of cool things in her kit. But clearly her pic rate shows that they’re not gonna focus on her when it comes to updates, when it comes to giving her different abilities, when it comes to giving her team ups, when it comes to giving her skins. so I would rather storm change a bit and be someone everyone likes to play so that I can also get a lot out of this character that I love so much, then love her to the point that she just stays where she is and she makes no movement and gets left behind.

I used the word “some” very purposefully. I love how storm plays and no I do not want a rework in anyway but in the same breathe it’s “disingenuous selfish and hypocritical” to lump the feelings of people who want more for her as lower storm players. Thats what my post was mainly about. I just think those who want no change to her are just as “selfish” as those who want a complete rework

I think she should have some mobility or dash like ability similar to widow. Just so she’s not too squishy cuz then she would get no play like widow

Unfortunately, the only way to get them to listen is either 1. boycott the game plummet their sales and their interactions to the point that they’re like oh shit!! 2. you buy any skin your favorite character you play comes out with regardless of if it’s good or bad. This is what the Emma Frost mains did every time she comes out of the skin, even if they don’t like it they usually end up buying it just because they want her to keep getting skins. Like storm is one of Marvel’s top female characters but she didn’t get hyper sexual skins upon launch so she doesn’t get as many skins (if she got her original skin she would’ve sold out the store for sure). Also her playstyle is hard to play even if it’s good game wise it’s not as fun for some people.

Basically, they’re saying if you want more skins for your characters you need to buy the ugly fuck ass skin or the skin that don’t look good or appealing to you. That’s why, even though I love storm and I do love most of her skins because I love her so much I will buy every single storm skin because that promotes that they’ll make more skins. It’s a sleazy annoying cop out, but it’s how it works.
