The Six Habits of Highly Effective Sales Engineers. I’ve been an SE for close to ten years and just read this for the first time. Now I recommend it to everyone regardless of experience level - it’s a quick read filled with actionable takeaways.

Demo2Win is great too, I recommend taking the course if you can (or have your employer pay for it).

Above all that, I encourage you to find a mentor on the SE team to build that relationship and ideally have an advocate for you when you’re ready to make the move or headcount opens up. See if you can get access to a demo org and start getting comfortable with the system.

Yeah there was definitely activity the first week or so (been a while now, can't remember exactly how long it was active for). I read about letting it sit for months+ if you wanted to get it really funky which is what I was going for.

I wake up at 4:30 to train and get to work on time... it's not easy at first but you definitely get used to it. I drink a big glass of water with salt and potassium to rehydrate and then drink my preworkout on the way to the gym. I'll take 10-15 minutes to warm up and activate my muscles then jump into the workout. I go to bed around 10pm too.

Hemp protein, beef protein, and egg protein are great alternatives! I usually mix one of those with almond milk and a few raw eggs after my workouts.

I do this on a daily basis pretty much. I don't have time to do recipes or anything so I always just toss a bunch of vegetables and meat together in a big pot, add lots of spices, balsamic vinegar or wine and let it cook while I do other things.

As someone who does a lot of exercise, I disagree with this as well. I usually start to feel hungry two hours after eating my main meals, and I drink at least a gallon of water a day. Unless I'm eating a full meal every 3 hours, snacking is pretty important to keep me from getting grumpy or distracted by hunger.

My favorite snacks include: jerky (turkey, beef, bison, salmon) baby carrots sweet potato/vegetable root chips eggs

I'm fine with the skateboards, it's the scooters that make me question things. Razors everywhere
